He too was charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot at someone and missed in Harlem on Aug. 12, the sources said. A judge previously set his bail at $150,000 cash or $450,000 bond, with an electronic monitor as a condition if he were to post bail, according to the sources. But DA Alvin Bragg’s office knocked down the charge to third-degree assault – a misdemeanor – and Kolenovic walked away with just 10 days probation and a one-year conditional discharge – meaning he won’t get a criminal record if he meets conditions, Conley, 58, told The Post.

“The monster who randomly sucker-punched me in the gut while I was walking to work two years ago was arrested on Aug. 18 — and given an insulting $1 bail by infamously soft-on-crime Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
